Arundown is a Target Archery Club with a 60+ year History. Club Members are not limited to using our own facilities at The Angmering School. Membership includes affiliation to the Archery National Governing Body, which means our members can enter events at other Clubs and even enter County, Regional and National Championships, which will usually involve an entry fee. And our members don’t just shoot Target Archery, they take part in various club activities and other branches of the Sport; and they also shoot a variety of different types of Bow.

The Club Membership Year runs from 1st October to 30th September, new members joining after 1st January pay a reduced pro-rata charge as shown >> on this sheet .
Annual Membership Charges include affiliation to The National Body (Archery GB), and County (Sussex) and Region (Southern Counties).
Tournament Entry Fees are usually in the range £8 – £10 per session, some major shoots are more, some local shoots less.
New Members must either take a course of lessons before joining and show that they are safe and sensible OR they must be competent archers – that’s to say, already members of the Grand National Archery Society / ArcheryGB, or have satisfactorily completed a proper course of instruction by a recognised body.
All members and beginners under instruction must abide by the GNAS Rules of Shooting and follow all safety requirements and any / all directions of the site owners.
