As of 13th November there are still spaces available in all three Sessions. Click Here to see the Target List
The Longbow Team completed the five matches and ended up with 13 League Points, we won four and lost one, same as the Division winners ABBA who had a higher score (so it was a case of Waterloo for us). ABBA had a gross score of 2043 to Arundown’s 1982, but we were well ahead of 3rd place team Mole Valley on 1574. We were also ahead of Cheltenham, Bromley and Guildford.
The Recurve Team outcome was a bit different, the Team shot three matches, winning two and losing the third by just two points, and then we were unable to raise teams for the last two matches. All the same we ended up in fourth place out of six on points.
Congratulations to Serena on another successful shoot, all kept splendidly on schedule by Tony Harris and Julie Coates, with the Range and Targets kept in very good order by Robert Keeling.
The Scores as written on the score sheets are on the Tournaments Page, and some photos of the day are on the Arundown Gallery (at the bottom of the page). It looks like everyone in the shoot is pictured on the shooting line.
Serena is checking the scores and will be sending out the Final Results Sheets any day now.
FINAL RESULTS – as sent out
Thanks to everyone who came, participants and supporters. And apologies for having to trek around around the playground rather than being able walk through the Performance Rooms.
